Arrived in Concordia on Saturday about 12:50. Sign on the door said went to get lunch, back in a few minutes. My wife and I decided that maybe they would be back at 1. Waited, waited, waited. Young man came to door, unlocked door to let another young man out. Waited, we finally called from the sidewalk, yes someone answered and told us they were open 10-6. It is now 1:30! We left!!!!!
