I have used Hood's many times over many years. I manage about 30 rental properties and it seems I sometimes call them 3 times a month. The staff is always pleasant and professional. They are quick to resolve any complaints, and it not uncommon for the owner to call you personally. They do what they say they are going to do. The technicians call you with a report and options. If there is a BIG problem, they call you before doing the work. If you want to consider work down the road, they give estimates in a timely manner. They alert you to potential problems down the road, if they notice something. I have rarely had a problem, but if I do, I know they will deal fairly with me.
Reliable company with fast service. Hood's has knowledgeable technicians that do the job right, the first time! I had an old AC & heater replaced this summer. They came in fast, replaced the old AC and had me cool in no time. I highly recommend Hood's!
I had multiple jobs that needed done, and needed them scheduled for the same day. Kimberly managed to get this all coordinated so that I only needed to take off one day of work. I'm so happy with my long wished for whole house humidifier, and the new recessed lighting is bright and perfect! As always, Hoods really takes care of their customers! Thank you!
