This is the worst dq I have ever been to. Always slow service. Everything I've ever purchased has been messed up in one way or another. Currently right now. I have been waiting in drive thru for 18 minutes. Still haven't made it to the window. If you just have to go to dq I recommend going to Belleville ks. I never have problems there.
Food was gross and not very good at all. But what tops this experience as being DISGUSTING was the fact that I find a long hair in the pretzel sticks that I was served.
Consistently good. Lowell has done well on keeping up with DQs standards over the years. Good food and good service has kept this place at the top of Concordia's fast food restaurants.

I go up to the counter with this hair in my pretzels and this larger lady starts laughing! She proceeds to tell her co-workers and I (I was overhearing this story but it didn't seem like she was facing me like a normal person would do when in customer service), "That is where that went! I lost a piece of hair and wondered where it went but assumed that it went on the floor but I guess we know where it is now!" as she continues to laugh. I was furious that she was laughing and even knew that she had lost a hair! Why would anyone in the food service industry let something go out and be served without inspecting it for hairs (or other things) especially if SHE KNEW THAT SHE HAD A HAIR MISSING or around the food being processed????
